To return your purchase, you must contact customer service within 5 days of delivery, including your invoice number and reason for returning the products. If you choose to return the product, shipping will be at your expense. Write down the delivery tracking number for your own reference.
Please note that we do not refund any purchase for any reason. Original shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable. However, you will be able to place a new order for any other product or products of your choice, for an equivalent or larger sum.
